Foundations Counseling Center Inc was started in 2004 by Cristie Harbour, MS and Alisa-Kelly-Martina, MSSW, LCSW. Cristie and Alisa have over 28 years combined experience providing Intensive In-Home services to families through out Southern Wisconsin.

Foundations Counseling Center Inc is a private outpatient mental health clinic operating out of Belleville, WI. Foundations Counseling Center Inc provides a wide range of traditional outpatient mental health services. In addition to these more traditional services, the clinic also provides Intensive In-Home Family Counseling.

What is Intensive In-Home Treatment?

Intensive In-Home services are designed to serve school-age youth with emotional, mental health or behavioral problems. Treatment services are provided to allfamily members. The intent of the program is to strengthen and preserve the family unit, while decreasing a child's behavioral acting out.
